God’s Recycling Facility

Today, due to lifestyle changes, we produce large amounts of waste every day, which, if not properly managed, can cause many problems for the environment and us. In this regard, one of the most important stages in waste management is recycling, which both helps protect the environment and benefits the economy.

Besides this trash, however, we carry a lot of trash inside of us, which, if not handled efficiently, can cause considerable damage to the spirit and, as a result, the body.

What is this inner trash?

How can we deal with it?

We are the sum total of our past experiences. There are three things to be found in the life of almost everyone: grudges, failures, and sins (which result from their past beliefs, decisions, relationships, and bad behaviors). Now, if we do not get over them and keep thinking about them, they will soon destroy our inner peace and happiness.

Just as our waste is daily transported to recycling facilities, there is a recycling plant in God’s system where we can deliver our inner waste and receive priceless material in return. In fact, God’s recycling facility is set up in such a way that as soon as we realize our mistakes and shortcomings, we can do the following at any point in our lives:

Stop doing wrong,
Make peace with God,
Decide to spend the rest of our lives doing what makes God pleased and avoiding what displeases Him.

A definite advantage of this plant is that God has a machine called the “converter.” That is, He not only forgives us for our past mistakes but He also turns those bad deeds, i.e. inner trash, into good deeds.

Therefore, it would be fantastic if we could act smart and take advantage of this conversion system to turn our inner rubbish into precious treasure in order to live a happy, peaceful, and pleasant life both here and in the Hereafter. Is there a more efficient recycling system than this?
